No Refund / No Cancellation Policy for Customized Gifts
At Puneri Gifts, all products are customized and personalized according to the details provided by the customer. Due to the nature of these products, the following policy applies:
1. No Refunds
- Puneri Gifts does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
2. No Cancellations
- Since every item is made-to-order, cancellation is not permitted after order confirmation.
3. Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
- Products will be replaced only if damaged during transit.
- Customers must provide a clear opening video of the damaged product immediately upon delivery.
- Replacements will be provided with the same product and customization.
4. Payment Method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All orders must be paid online through our secure payment gateway before production.
5. Important Notes
- Minor variations in color, size, or design due to customization are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
- Customers must carefully verify all customization details before placing the order.
